As a Production Controller (m/f/d) at Daedalus, you will have the unique opportunity to establish an innovative production controlling function, implement effective management systems, and develop meaningful KPIs. In this role, you will actively shape strategic decisions and act as a trusted business partner for the management team. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and actively contribute to the development of one of the most innovative start-ups in the manufacturing sector.
You analyze costs, margins, and performance in a high-mix, low-volume production environment at SKU and machine level, deriving actionable recommendations.
You continuously develop our reporting, forecasting, and KPI systems, working closely with production and finance to establish a comprehensive and transparent management system.
You further develop product costing and support pricing decisions to ensure profitability.
You conduct variance analyses, establish early indicators, and optimize processes to continuously improve factory performance and productivity.
You build a scalable, innovative controlling function and ensure that planning, reporting, and analyses support ambitious margin and efficiency targets.
You act as a key link between production management and the finance team, serving as a trusted business partner, supporting strategic decisions, and actively contributing to overall company management.
You hold a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on Accounting, Controlling, Finance, or similar areas.
You have several years of professional experience in production controlling.
You are proficient in working with BI tools, data models, and Excel.
You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and work with a high degree of ownership.
You work independently and in a structured manner.
You have excellent German and English language skills
